My name is Matthew Smith.

I am a lifelong athlete and mental health professional with in depth training in the neurobiology and psychology of performance.

I help athletes get over their internal blocks so they can play with confidence, compete with purpose, and enjoy the journey.

    Deepen your capacity to perform at your highest level, radically shift your perspective on competition, and rewrite the rules on what can be achieved.

    Shift features eight 1-on-1 coaching session scheduled weekly.

  • Journey

    For athletes with a deep commitment to growth and excellence, I will join your team and bring steady support to your journey as an athlete.

    Journey features are all co-created on a client by client basis.
